Help: Why didn't the TheraSource screen appear?

If you don't see a TheraSource login window popup over this page, then you might be experiencing issues due to popup blockers on your system.

Below are some tips that may assist you in resolving issues related to popup blockers:

Step 1: All IE toolbars should be visible.

Step 1: make sure all toolbars are visible in Internet explorer. They should all have a check next to them. Also uncheck "Lock the Toolbars" if checked. See below:

Step 2: Turn off popup blockers.

Common toolbars are Internet Explorer, Google, Yahoo, AOL, and EarthLink. See samples below on how to do this:

Step 3 (optional): Disable Norton Internet Security.

This step is only necessary if steps 1 and 2 don't work. Remember to re-enable Norton Internet Security when you are done using TheraSource. Right click (not left click) on the round orange icon. Then choose "Disable Norton Internet Security" from the popup menu.

Step 4: Refresh this page.

Refresh this web page and see if your changes worked. If so, you should see a new window appear with the TheraSource login. To refresh, click the refresh button on the Internet Explorer toolbar:
